SGS Create, our innovative provision, opened its doors in September 2023, welcoming 80 enthusiastic Year 10 learners. As we continue to expand, we are seeking passionate and experienced educators and support staff to deliver a first class, broad and balanced curriculum to our current Year 10 cohort and the incoming students set to join us in September 2024.

This post demands flexibility from any candidates as the role and subjects supported will vary, and will include PSHE, academic support in core subjects, academic mentoring for our learners and short term cover for our colleagues. We welcome applications from candidates who possess a HLTA qualification or are willing to embark on this training. We are looking for people with a broad range of experience in working with young people in KS3 / 4 across diverse educational settings. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a good understanding of SEMH and SEND learners, coupled with an empathetic approach to working with our learners.
