Key Responsibilities :

  • Secure instructions in line with business targets and goals.
  • Lead motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Position Knight Frank at the heart of the South Hampshire market identifying new business opportunities and taking our regional presence to new heights.
  • Manage financials streamline processes and maintain operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with the SubDivisional Head to develop and implement strategic business plans for the region.

What Were Looking For :

  • Exceptional people management skills with the ability to inspire guide and develop teams to achieve their full potential.
  • A seasoned property professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership and a deep understanding of the South Hampshire market.
  • A natural leader who thrives on challenge with a passion for property and a drive to exceed targets.
  • A proven track record in conducting market appraisals sales strategy and client relationship management.
