Responsibilities of telesales executive will include :

• Upselling and cross selling printed products to businesscustomers
• Identify opportunities through inbound and outbound call toexisting and potential new clients
• Assist with the growth of the business
• Demonstrating strong sales results
• Achieving KPIs, based on sales figures and activity
• Communicate effectively with clients daily
• Effective use of internal systems

Customer service / sales experience is essential for this telesales role. Printing / Marketing / Media experience will make you really stand out. Leads will be sourced through inbound enquiries and existing clients .  You will be provided training to generate new opportunities with existing clients through outbound calls. Your hard work, ambition and commitment to excellence will be generously rewarded.
