CNC Turner Programmer / Setter - South Woodham Ferrers

JOB DESCRIPTION

Using various measuring equipment (Verniers / Micrometers / Height gauge / Shadowgraph etc.) to ensure all parts conform to customer standards.

Programming and setting Lathes from drawing or cad files in the most efficient manner while ensuring all customer requirements are met.

Reviewing older production parts to ensure they are being machined in the most efficient manner.

Maintaining general cleanliness and housekeeping standards.

Ensure all work is completed in line with the production plan

REQUIREMENTS

3 years minimum programming experience.

Extensive knowledge of Fanuc programming including live tooling

Experience setting various lathes.

Experience using multi axis live tooling.

HOURS

37.5 per week, Monday to Friday
