Quantity Surveyor

Job Title : Quantity Surveyor Location : Lewisham Salary : Up to £60,000 + Benefits Full-Time | PermanentWe're looking for a skilled and commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to join our team and manage the financial and contractual aspects of live construction projects. You'll play a critical role in ensuring full commercial entitlement and driving performance throughout the full project lifecycle - from pre-contract through to final accounts.Key Responsibilities : Administer contracts to ensure commercial and legal complianceSupport tenders and bid reviews, working closely with estimators and ops teamsPrepare and place sub-contract orders, valuations, and claimsManage project CVRs, forecasts, and cost / value reportingSupport procurement strategy and manage supply chain performanceLiaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project deliveryAssist in resolving disputes and preparing claims when neededSupport the monthly project review process with financial updatesAbout You : 3-7 years' experience in a commercial or QS role within constructionDegree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or similarMRICS or MCIOB desirable (not essential)Strong knowledge of commercial contracts and legal principlesExperienced in re-measurement, valuations, and supply chain negotiationComfortable managing project cost systems and using Microsoft ExcelExcellent communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levelsHolds a valid UK driving licence and CSCS cardIf you feel like this role is for you, please apply directly or email
