We have just registered a great opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join our successful and growing Client on a temporary basis. The role could potentially lead to a permanent position.
Working as part of a close-knit team you will be ensuring that HR Operations are delivered to a high standard, providing an excellent service to all members of staff.
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary HR Advisor Responsibilities
- Providing advice and support on employee relations matters
- Managing the onboarding and leaver process
- Ensuring that HRIS is up to date, in line with the latest policies and changes
- Advising on company benefits package
- Preparing the payroll actions each month and dealing general payroll and pension queries
- Dealing with recruitment and selection
- Managing and responding to staff queries
- Contributing to the revision / maintenance of the Staff Handbook and HR policies in line with legislative changes and best practice
- Supporting the company’s Learning and Development agenda
- Supporting the company’s performance management process
- Supporting the development of the company’s DEI agenda
