  • Role Overview :

    • As a Jewellery and Goldsmith Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, offering expert advice and skilled workmanship in jewellery repairs, custom designs, and goldsmithing and as such a desired experience is ideal in : -

  • Ring resizing
  • Chain / clasp repair
  • Laser welding
  • Stone setting
  • Claw tipping
  • Polishing and cleaning
  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Perform a variety of jewellery repairs, including resizing, stone setting, and soldering.
  • Create bespoke jewellery pieces based on customer specifications and preferences.
  • Evaluate and appraise the quality and condition of jewellery and precious metals.
  • Provide knowledgeable guidance to customers regarding jewellery care, maintenance, and purchasing.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to safety standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Requirements :
  • Previous experience as a jeweller or goldsmith; relevant qualifications are a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for craftsmanship.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • A creative flair with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
