Job Description :

Recognised cosmetics brand with more than 25 years of experience in the sector, specialising in the distribution of dermo-cosmetic products internationally, focusing on beauty centres. With values such as constant dedication to innovation and excellence in skin care, it is looking for a specialist in Trade & Digital Marketing Manager to join its Digital & Marketing team.

Ubication : Spelthorne Lane, Littleton Common, Ashford, TW15 1UX, England, United Kingdom

Functions :

  • Build & Manage marketing plans : Responsible for preparing analysis including main events and recommendations for the following annual plan. Responsible for collating learnings from previous marketing actions together with the annual plan to better adjust global strategies and create new parameters and main events chart. Responsible for supporting the global marketing team in the production of the Annual and Quarterly Plans using inputs from the annual campaign parameters and plan. Responsible for collating and analysing data to refine and update the draft quarterly marketing plan. Responsible for the Communication in implementation of the promotions and launches calendar in the national market (Sales cycles). Forecast and analysis of sales of clients with whom Trade Marketing programs are agreed according to investment scenarios. Creation of sell out actions for professional channel (and new ones if available). Analysis of the evolution of distribution for the implementation of improvements (by channel, by customer, by segments, by lines, by products). Analysis and monitoring of promotions.
  • Coordination of brand PR activities : Planning, preparation, communication, realization, reporting and media relations with the objective of elevating brand image, equity and brand awareness.
  • E-commerce / Digital and Online sales strategy : Responsibility for the efficient management, development and implementation of the online sales strategy of the Group's brands in the UK for the different online channels in collaboration with the corporate E-commerce head.

Professional skills :

  • At least 2-3 years as marketing manager for retail companies, cosmetics and beauty companies desirable.
  • Organizational and management skills.
  • Analytical capacity and data-based management.
  • Orientation to results.
  • Project management.
  • Experience in working in a matrix environment.
  • Efficient communication skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of market trends and competitor strategies in order to feed into strategies and develop local plans.
  • Adaptability to changes.
