The successful Head Sushi Chef should bring with them a wealth of creative knowledge and an eye for detailed presentation and impeccable knife skills. This popular restaurant has three sites in South West London specialising in Pan Asian sharing plates, Sushi & Robata served alongside premium Sake and cocktails.
