Long term volume site, over 7 years in duration near Porthleven. Ideally seek an award-winning manager or aspiring award winning manager who can demonstrate a stable career and longevity with client building quality housing units. You will need to be a professional and well-presented individual who is organised and efficient, with the same goal in mind - every plot is finished to an exceptional standard! Strong health and safety record and awareness, able to write own build programme, with good IT skills.
