Colour Technician

Begin an exciting new chapter with TONI&GUY as a Colour Technician. Schedule :

40 hours per week (Monday to Sunday). The earliest shift we have available is 9 : 00-6 : 00pm and the latest shift is 11 : 30-8 : 30pm.

Your Responsibilities :

Conduct personalised consultations to ensure each client receives a bespoke TONI & GUY experience.

Cultivate and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty.

Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales through in-depth product knowledge.

Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed TONI & GUY brand.

Champion the Superbrand status of TONI & GUY, actively promoting and maintaining its reputation.

Demonstrate expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques, delivering precise cuts and styles.

Bring artistic vision to life by understanding clients' preferences and creating stunning hairstyles.

Manage a busy schedule efficiently, handling diverse client needs with flexibility and meeting deadlines consistently.
