Experienced Learning Support Worker – Bridgend Location : Bridgend Pay : £13.75 per hour £89.38 per dayAre you passionate about supporting students in their learning journey? Teaching Personnel is seeking an Experienced Learning Support Worker to work in primary and secondary schools across Bridgend.Role Overview : As a Learning Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting students with additional learning needs (ALN) or those requiring extra classroom support. Your responsibilities will include : ✅ Providing 1 : 1 or small group support to students. ✅ Assisting with classroom activities and adapting learning materials. ✅ Supporting students with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties. ✅ Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in lessons. ✅ Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff.What We’re Looking For :

• Previous experience in a learning support, teaching assistant, or SEN role.
• A compassionate and patient approach to working with students.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with SEN strategies and interventions is an advantage.
• A valid DBS (or willingness to apply for one).
