Due to ongoing success and company expansion, my client are looking to strengthen their sales efforts with the addition of an commercially astute BDM, looking after Key Accounts and winning new business across the South West, South Wales and Midlands.

The client are leading in their field within the Renewables sector, so knowledge of this is beneficial but not essential. So, If you’re a driven & highly motivated person wishing to craft out a successful and rewarding future in what is a truly unique environment, this could be the role for you. You will be winning projects with values of up to £5m.

THE ROLE :

  • Spearheading the sales efforts, hitting agreed revenue targets.
  • Looking after key accounts, maximizing opportunities for growth out of them with additional projects etc.
  • Identifying new prospects and producing quotations.
  • Visiting Clients on site to check progress of work and up / cross sell.
  • Presenting to Prospects (on Teams and in person) to sell the benefits of partnering with the Business.

THE PERSON :

  • Demonstrable Track record in hitting Sales Targets – within Engineering and Manufacturing.
  • An understanding of the Renewables sector – obviously previous experience in this field is a massive bonus as you will already have contacts.
  • Tenacious and an excellent communicator.
  • Passionate about sales.
