You will work closely with customers to negotiate fair repayment plans, ensuring the preservation of both customer relationships and the company's reputation.Key Responsibilities : Customer Negotiations : Work with customers to develop suitable payment plans based on their financial circumstances.Assess Financial Situations : Complete Income & Expenditure assessments with customers to determine affordability and agree on fair resolutions.Compliance & Standards : Uphold industry regulations and standards during all customer interactions to ensure positive outcomes.Vulnerable Customer Care : Identify vulnerable customers and apply appropriate forbearance measures.Continuous Improvement : Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer service.
