Class 2 Drivers - Bristol - £17 per hour - New Passes Welcome

Blue Arrow Bristol are recruiting Class 2 drivers to work for one of the UK's market leading retailers to work from their depot in Avonmouth in Bristol. The roles are temp to perm - after 12 weeks you will be offered a permanent contract directly with the client. The client is happy to accept newly qualified drivers so it's a great opportunity to build your experience and work for a company that will look after you and invest their time and money in your progression.All drivers will have to pass a drug and alcohol test (and be happy to be re-tested occasionally) and also undergo a Disclosure Scotland (DBS) clearance. The company has a strict anti drugs and alcohol policy and conduct random drug and alcohol tests for 2-3 staff every day.The start times for the roles will be between 4am-6am and you will be completing around 50 hours per week on average. The roles are Monday to Friday only - no weekend work will be involved.The pay rate is £17.00 per hour. The starting annual salary once you get the contract will be £42,432 + overtime + quarterly bonuses.Please note that the roles are very physical and 60% of your day will be spent loading and unloading the products.
