We are seeking an experienced and committed teacher to join a thriving primary school in Islington, where you will play a key role in shaping young learners' educational journeys.The Role : Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum.Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.Assess, track, and monitor student progress to ensure high achievement.Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SEN staff, and fellow teachers to support pupils' individual needs.Engage with parents and carers to communicate progress and support home learning.Take part in staff meetings, training, and extracurricular activities to contribute to the wider school community.Experience & Skills Required : Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in KS2.Strong classroom management skills with the ability to maintain a structured and positive environment.A nurturing and patient approach, supporting children's emotional and social development.Confidence in delivering lessons across English, Maths, Science, and Foundation subjects.Ability to differentiate learning to meet a range of abilities, including SEN and EAL students.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, working effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.By registering with Tradewind we can offer you : Rates of pay in line with experience and Main pay scale from day 1We care about your training and development more than any other agency - which is why we can offer you more certified CPD courses than any other education recruitment agency, 45 to be exact!Great referral scheme - recommend a friend and earn up to
