Passion and determination will be a pre-requisite in order maintain the strong business relationships already in place and to help build up a pipeline of new customers too. Basically, the branch's position is strong but they don't want to be static in terms of market share.This is a flagship branch, therefore you will have various departmental managers beneath you but ultimately you will take responsibility for maximising the potential sales and overall profitability of the Branch.
