Job role : Senior Youth Support Worker
Contract : Full-time, Permanent
Location : Newark, Nottinghamshire
Salary : £27,785 - £33,992 per annum
Please note : Higher end of the pay scale is inclusive of qualification enhancement, attendance bonus and average 1 sleep-in per week at £44.56 each
Hourly rate : £13.36 - £14.56 per hour
Rota : 7 shifts over a 3-week period, 7am - 10pm.

Working in our residential children’s homes at Homes2Inspire means working for a dedicated team providing nurturing and supportive environments for young people in our care. The nature of the role varies in pace, and you will be working directly with vulnerable young people who have adverse backgrounds and require trauma-informed care.
