Let's talk about the role

As a Private Client Solicitor within the Estate Planning team, you will be fully integrated into this experienced group, taking on a key role in enhancing and shaping the well-being of our clients. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with tax professionals, broadening your personal expertise. This integration ensures exposure to high-quality work, particularly due to our high-net-worth client base.

Since 2023, our Estate Planning team has expanded from a single member to an impressive team of nine, establishing a highly valued service line within DJH. Our approach is fully integrated under one roof, providing clients with a seamless experience and immediate access to sector specialists. With less emphasis on business development—thanks to our large, established client base—you can focus more on the work itself rather than the need for constant networking.

You’ll :

• Be responsible for the management of complex estate administrations, attorney, and trust files
• Confidently craft meticulous Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Trust documentation specifically tailored to meet the needs of high-net-worth individuals and business owners
• Actively collaborate with an integrated multidisciplinary team enabling genuine synergy across different departments within the group, and offices, enhancing client satisfaction
