What You’ll Do : As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in leading and inspiring the team Help oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly Deliver outstanding service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests Motivate and train team members to achieve their best Assist in stock management, financial targets, and operational efficiency Ensure high standards of hygiene, health & safety, and food quality Step up and take charge in the absence of the Restaurant Manager What You’ll Bring : You will have experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a restaurant setting
