Pay Rate : £27,875 to £30,080

Contract Type : Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns : Any 5 from 7 Rotational 06 : 00-14 : 00 / 14 : 00-22 : 00

Location : Doncaster, DN8 4HT

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Inventory Warehouse Supervisor / FLM to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements. To succeed in this role, you should have a comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a demonstrative understanding of warehouse procedures, including storing goods and dispatching orders.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

To directly assist management by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of the Stock Control Team
To provide effective Communication, Leadership, Motivation, Training & Development.
Responsibility for maintaining and managing Stock Integrity.

Previous and practical experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader within a logistics environment

Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain practices

Computer literate with a practical knowledge of logistics software packages

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to supervise, organise and train direct reports

A recognised qualification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics will be well-received.
