Responsibilities :

• Provide legal advice on general compliance matters, keeping abreast of regulatory changes and ensuring the organization's policies and procedures align with applicable laws.
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs, fostering a culture of integrity and ethical conduct within the organization.
• Spearhead compliance initiatives within ESG framework, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices.
