Role Responsibilities :
- Support the Senior Management Team in spearheading overall HR operations and assist in the delivery of strategic objectives across the business.
- Lead the full recruitment and selection process, including collating applications, organizing interviews, and attending interviews as required.
- Draft offer letters and other associated documents for the onboarding of successful candidates.
- Carry out inductions for permanent and agency new starters.
- Provide advice and guidance on employee relations to management and employees.
- Manage complex employee relations casework, including dispute resolutions, investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and absence reviews.
- Support the Senior Management Team in the delivery of Performance Development Reviews.
Ideal Applicant Qualifications :
HR Management experience or operated at a senior human resources level.Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not essential.Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion, empathy, and diplomacy.IT literate (Microsoft Office).Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Personable, team player, driven, and enthusiastic.Seniority Level : Mid-Senior level
