Job : Customer Service Advisor (B2B)Location : Mitcheldean, fully office based, MUST be a driver due to remote locationSalary : to £26,400Job Type : Full-time, Permanent (9am - 5pm, office based)About Us : Global CTS are working with a dynamic and growing Financial B2B company who are dedicated to providing top-quality products / services to their clients. We are looking for a passionate and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join their team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to their valued business clients.The Role : As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for B2B clients, ensuring they receive outstanding support and assistance. This role requires a strong sense of accountability, a proactive approach, and a genuine passion for building long-term relationships with customers. You will be responsible for managing client queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of their journey.Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business clients
  • Take full ownership of customer inquiries and ensure timely and effective resolutions
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed
  • Support the sales and account management teams by providing key customer insightsAbout You :
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within a B2B environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to take ownership and accountability for customer issues
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented approach
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated
