This role requires a strong sense of accountability, a proactive approach, and a genuine passion for building long-term relationships with customers. You will be responsible for managing client queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of their journey.Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business clients
- Take full ownership of customer inquiries and ensure timely and effective resolutions
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive improvement
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed
