Experience Teaching Assistants Needed for SEN School in New Milton

Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Mental Health (SEMH)? We are seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to join our dynamic team at an Alternative Provision School in New Milton , working with pupils aged 11-16 .

As a full-time Teaching Assistant , you'll be an integral part of helping students thrive in a nurturing environment tailored to their individual needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for those with experience in supporting SEMH students and a genuine desire to make a difference in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide 1 : 1 and group support to students with SEMH.
  • Support students in managing their emotions and behaviour.
  • Help deliver tailored educational activities.
  • Assist the teacher in the planning and preparation of lessons.
  • Encourage positive social interactions and foster a sense of inclusion.
