Senior Quantity Surveyor - M&ELocation : LondonWork pattern : Permanent, Full-time, HybridWe are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with M&E experience for our client who specialise in Power Supply Systems for mission critical infrastructures e.g. Data Centres and Energy Centres.Responsibilities : Oversee and manage commercial aspects of projects working closely with project delivery teams.Review and approve contract terms and conditions, identifying and mitigating risks.Lead contract negotiations including subcontractor agreements, manage claims and variations.Manage commercial correspondence to clients and stakeholders.Cost control and Financial reporting.Stakeholder Management - subcontractors, clients, consultants etc.Requirements : Degree in Quantity SurveyingMechanical and Electrical M&E contracting backgroundExperience as a Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor in the construction industryKnowledge of construction contracts - FIDIC and JCT Must have Right to Work in UK.ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants.
