Data & Document Automation Developer (Remote - £50K+)

Location : Remote (with occasional travel)

Salary : £50,000+ (DOE)

Are you a detail-oriented developer with a passion for automation and data processing? We’re looking for a Data & Document Automation Developer to join a growing, tech-forward team driving innovation in automated communication solutions.

You'll work across dynamic projects using a blend of proprietary tech and industry tools to automate data workflows, support client delivery, and build internal systems. What You’ll Be Doing

Creating and maintaining automated data pipelines using our proprietary ADPS (Automated Data Processing System).
Supporting clients, account managers, and sales teams by querying transactional data and delivering accurate, timely solutions.
Designing and maintaining Quadient Inspire Designer workflows and generating mail-merged outputs (letters, envelopes, postcards, etc.).
Implementing and maintaining internal .NET applications to support business operations.
Handling and transforming data from formats like TXT, CSV, Excel, PDF, XML.
Integrating data processes with document composition tools, using scripting and modules for personalised outputs.
Adding barcodes and dynamic elements to ensure mailing integrity and production efficiency.

Key Skills & Experience

2+ years’ experience with Quadient Inspire Designer (scripting experience essential).

2+ years’ experience with T-SQL .

2+ years’ experience with C#, .NET, Visual Studio .

Experience with SSRS , Power BI , HTML , CSS , APIs is beneficial but not required.

Proven ability to manipulate data, create mail pieces, and process for UK and international postage using tools like PAF, MPS, and Mailsort.

Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel & Word .

Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments.
