About the Role :
Duration : Ongoing temporary position with potential for extension
Location : Various sites across Warwickshire
Hours : Full-time, with flexibility to meet service needs
Driving licence and own vehicle essential
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the day-to-day operations of supported living services
Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support tailored to individual needs
Lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team of support staff
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service user experiences

About You :
Proven experience in a managerial role within the learning disabilities field - ideally supported living
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
Knowledge of the challenges faced by adults with learning disabilities
A commitment to person-centred care and support
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Minimum level 3 in health and social care
DBS on the update service
