Job Description :

As a Primary Teacher based in Camberwell, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons to primary school students. Your duties will include creating a positive learning environment, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the overall success of the students.

Required Qualifications :

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Demonstrated experience in teaching primary school students
  • Strong knowledge of the primary school curriculum

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience :

Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting

Knowledge and Skills :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Additional training in special education or teaching English as a second language
  • Experience with technology-enhanced learning
  • Working Conditions :

    You will be working full-time hours on a contract basis, following the school calendar. The role may require occasional participation in extracurricular activities or parent meetings outside regular school hours.

    All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
