  • Talent Acquisition Partner
  • Location : Hybrid : Welwyn Garden City (travel to UK based sites required at times)
  • Contract : Permanent
  • Hours : Full-Time (40 hours per week)

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening : Review applications, conduct screening calls, and shortlist candidates.
  • Interview Coordination : Schedule interviews via self-service links, collect feedback from interviewers, and manage outcomes.
  • Offer Management : Make job offers, prepare offer letters, and manage all associated paperwork.
  • Compliance : Collect and verify candidate documentation and complete full referencing.
  • Onboarding : Prepare and issue contracts, set up new starters, and organise online training.
