Job descriptionKeeping communal areas clean and hazard free. Grounds Maintenance including leaf clearance, litter picking, removing graffiti. Maintenance and minor repairs to the properties. You will also be dealing with fly tipping clearance etc. Full Driving licence is essential as this is a mobile role covering multiple sites. You will be required to have a full DBS carried out if successful, the DBS would need to be clear to be considered. Good IT Skills using an iPad to access a portal and log / track jobs.

Salary : £23,741 Per Annum

Contract : Permanent (PAYE)
