The firm is currently looking for a New Business Assistant to join them in its thriving Conveyancing department. The firm promotes a supportive, collaborative work environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and providing real opportunities for growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys assisting clients during one of the most significant milestones of their lives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide full administrative support to the Conveyancing department to ensure efficient operations
- Prepare correspondence and documentation using the firm’s case management system
- Attend to clients professionally, both over the telephone and in person, ensuring their needs are met promptly
- Administer filing systems, including daily filing tasks, and manage the opening, closing, storage, and retrieval of client files
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new business introducers, fostering trust and collaboration
- Guide clients through the initial stages of their property transactions, ensuring a smooth and reassuring start to their journey
- Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch and oversee the scanning and photocopying of documents
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to support the department
