We are currently recruiting for a Home Manager to work in our clients home in Annesley Woodhouse, NottinghamshireDuties would includeManaging all members of staff including liaising with outside agenciesImplementing training / induction programmes for all Care StaffEnsuring the highest level of care is delivered throughout the HomeImproving the homes the quality rating from CQCTo be considered for this position you will need to have : RMA / NVQ 4qualification with experience of working with elderly care within a care home setting.Excellent management and supervisory experienceAbility to lead and motivate other staff member’sexcellent communication marketing and business skillsAlong with a clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC standardsDeputy Managers will be considered for this role.If this position sounds like it may be the right move for you, please forward us your CV
