At GRAHAM, we are expanding our team and seeking a highly skilled Building Services Manager to join our operations in the London / South East region. We are looking for an individual who can provide comprehensive technical expertise across various systems, including electrical, mechanical, controls, high voltage, fire, security, water treatment, and network systems. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role as a technical resource within our regional team, ensuring the seamless integration of building systems.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Leading the implementation of process controls throughout the design, construction, commissioning, and handover phases.
  • Ensuring adherence to project budgets through effective cost control processes.
  • Managing design and construction change processes, including documentation and client agreement on deviations / non-compliance.
  • Efficiently targeting and managing program / resources.
  • Maintaining necessary management and record processes for compliance with Building Control regulations.
