Job Title : Service Advisor

Location : Thurrock, RM20 3FN

Salary : Between £29,500-£34,500 + Bonus (Depending Upon Experience)

Role is full time and permanent – 42.5 hours a week – Monday to Friday and Saturday’s on a rota basis.

Our client is an independent dealer group which operates a network of 61 dealership sites in the UK and channel islands. Our client are now looking for a Mobile Service Advisor for their South East Mobile Service division.

Job Purpose :

Reporting into the Mobile Service Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for driving the standard in customer care and deliver a courteous and efficient reception ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction and communication with the Mobile Vehicle Team.

You will also be responsible for tracking the progress of vehicles through the Workshop and liaising with the customer base thereby maintaining customer satisfaction.
