Your key responsibilities will include : Individualised Support : Develop and implement personalised learning strategies to help students access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.Progress Monitoring : Regularly assess student progress and provide insightful feedback to parents and colleagues to support their academic growth.Emotional Support : Foster a nurturing and secure environment, offering emotional guidance and encouragement to students in need.Communication : Ensure effective communication with teachers, parents, and other professionals involved in each student’s educational journey.Inclusion : Advocate for inclusivity within the school community, ensuring that students with special educational needs feel a sense of belonging and support.Requirements : Relevant experience as an SEN Teacher or in a similar role is preferred.Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help students with special educational needs succeed.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively with the school team.Previous experience in supporting students with special educational needs is advantageous.
