Our clients are seeking a strong administrator to assist in a busy admin department, working in a team of 4!
Main duties
- Processing and logging all project data, including entering information into electronic formats (MS Excel mainly)
- Assisting with the development, review, updating and distribution of all resident communication documentation / material, ensuring high quality and compliance with client / project requirements
- Work with site staff to implement effective practices
- Book appointments with residents for surveys and works
- Answer calls from residents and pass queries onto the appropriate project teams
- Send out letters in mail merges to residents

Confident oral and written communication skillsCommunicate effectively with all those who have a stake in the workEffectively manage time to meet deadlinesPrevious experience within administration in a construction environment would be an advantageProficient user of Microsoft Excel and good level of capability with other MS Office suite programmesExperience of working in customer-facing environmentHighly organised, persistent individual with an eye for detailSo to hear more please get in touch with the Dove today!
