Were looking for a Senior Propositions Manager to join our Individual Annuities team on an 18month fixed term contract covering businessasusual activity while a colleague supports a project.

A bit about the job :

This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead a skilled and collaborative team responsible for the ongoing development and delivery of product plans and roadmaps across our Individual Annuities portfolio.

Youll be accountable for managing daytoday proposition delivery including product governance and ensuring adherence to internal processes and regulatory standards. Youll also play a vital role in coaching supporting and developing your teamensuring they are empowered to thrive and grow.

This is a handson delivery role that will suit someone who enjoys managing detail solving problems and working collaboratively across teams to achieve results.

Skills and experience were looking for :

A strong background in proposition development and product governance ideally within financial services or a regulated environment.

A customerfirst mindset and practical understanding of Consumer Dutywith the ability to balance good customer outcomes with commercial and risk considerations.

Proven experience leading and developing highperforming teams.

Excellent relationshipbuilding and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business areas.

Confidence working under pressure and delivering to tight deadlines with accountability for key outputs.

Salary National Circa 55000 / London Circa 65000 (depending on location skills experience and qualifications)
