Overview
We are looking to recruit a Talent Partner who will support our Senior Talent Partner and Head of Talent with the 360-degree internal service provision. You will become an industry expert and have day to day responsibility for pro-actively resourcing a mix of Head office and niche Surveying roles, UK wide.
You must have experience in an in-house recruitment function or recruitment agency environment and be comfortable working within a target driven environment. Previous experience of working within a high-pressure role, meeting deadlines and being able to act quickly and decisively is paramount. You’ll influence and persuade at all levels, with an energetic, resourceful and pro-active nature. Applicants should be ambitious with a competitive streak and results driven outlook, the successful candidate will be a key player within our small, innovative, successful and highly motivated internal team.
A tough and challenging opportunity awaits the successful candidate, but offers ongoing support and development, including rewards based on performance. A background in niche or specialist recruitment would be of interest but is not compulsory.
Main Accountabilities :
- Pro-actively generating a talent pool of skilled individuals relevant for the needs of the business.
- Use innovative search tools and methodologies to locate candidates for relevant positions.
- Forge excellent relationships with potential candidates ensuring a first class recruitment and onboarding experience.
- Filter applications, review CVs, assess candidates, pre-screen and connect skills, before you recommend them for formal interview.
- Partner with Hiring Managers, understanding individual recruitment requirements.
- Work to achieve targets and KPI’s in line with agreed SLAs.
- Own and take pride in ad-hoc project work as required.
Knowledge, Expertise and Qualifications :
Sourcing and Recruiting : Utilize multiple sourcing methods (., social media, job boards, networking, referrals) to identify and engage potential candidates. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to onboarding.Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely communication and feedback to all candidates.Collaboration : Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate selection.Employer Branding : Contribute to the development and promotion of our employer brand to attract top talent. Represent the company at recruitment events, career fairs, and industry conferences.Data-Driven Decisions : Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions to optimize processes.Compliance : Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations in the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.Experience & Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field. OR CIPD Level 3 or 5.Reward & Benefits
