Job Description :

Building our in-life communication channels across our 5 business units from onboard through to renewal and resign.
Focusing on generating upsell opportunities through campaigns and product awareness.
Creating Salesforce email templates for our sales staff.
Working with sales and customer support teams to deliver a consistent experience for customers.
Implementing customer retention strategies, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and product adoption.

Qualifications :

Educated to degree level or equivalent experience, ideally in Marketing.

Experience in a business-to-business environment (desirable).

An understanding of Salesforce / Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.

Strong copywriting skills and an eye for detail.

Some HTML experience or desire to learn.

A natural people person, who will proactively engage and drive content creation across the business and engage with all stakeholders. Ability to work cross-functionally across departments.

Strong team player able to show initiative.

PC literate, with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills a must.
