Salary : £90,000 Per Annum

Our private, luxurious care home is delightfully situated by the seaside in Frinton-on-Sea, which offers premium living for the elderly, comprising of 70 bedrooms.

Nestled in the picturesque seaside town of Frinton-on-Sea, Beaumont Manor Care Home offers a truly exceptional living experience for the elderly, blending luxury with compassionate care. Our stunning 70-bedroom care home is renowned for its premium environment, warm community, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

We are seeking a dynamic, ‘ideally’ clinically qualified Home Manager to lead our team and uphold the highest standards in elderly care.

  • While being nurse-qualified is an advantage, candidates with confidence and experience leading nursing teams and managing clinical risk are equally encouraged.

  • Salary £90,000 per annum.
  • Welcome Bonus of £6,000 (payable after successful completion of probationary period)
  • Opportunity to earn bonus ‘up to’ 40% of your annual salary – with OTE £126,000 per annum.
