This pivotal role involves overseeing the full operational scope, including Shipping, Rail and HGV logistics, ensuring efficient and seamless distribution and transportation processes. The position will also be responsible for the setup of new facilities, ensuring optimal staffing levels, and developing teams to meet increasing production demands. In addition, the manager will play a key role in staff recruitment, training and ongoing development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement to enhance the company's growth, operational efficiency and excellence in production standards.What's in it for you :
