Music Teacher – North Devon

Full-time or Part-time | Immediate or Flexible Start | Competitive Pay

Teaching Personnel is looking to recruit a passionate and creative Music Teacher for a welcoming and well-resourced secondary school in North Devon . This is an exciting opportunity to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4 , and to foster a love of music in the classroom and beyond.

About the Role :

Deliver engaging and practical Music lessons across KS3 and KS4

Plan and deliver lessons that develop musical skills, theory, and appreciation

Prepare students for assessments, performances, and extracurricular opportunities

Support the wider arts and music department with concerts, showcases, and school events

Encourage creativity and confidence in all learners

The Ideal Candidate Will :

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Have experience teaching Music in a secondary school setting

Be confident in delivering both practical and theoretical music content

Be enthusiastic, creative, and passionate about music education

Be open to supporting extracurricular activities like school choirs or ensembles
