Aluminium TIG Welder – Permanent Position

Location : CV4, Coventry

Sector : Automotive / Military Manufacturing

Salary : Up to £30,000 per annum (D.O.E.)

Are you a skilled Aluminium TIG Welder with a passion for precision and a proven track record in aluminium welding? We’re looking for a dedicated professional to join our clients growing team on a permanent, full-time basis.

About the Role : Shift Pattern :

  • Monday to Thursday : 08 : 00 – 17 : 00
  • Friday : 08 : 00 – 13 : 00

Key Responsibilities :

  • Welding small to medium-sized aluminium components with precision.
  • Performing production welding to achieve set targets.
  • Preparing and setting up welding equipment as needed.
  • Using a variety of handheld tools for pre-welding preparation.
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings with accuracy.

    • About You :

  • 5+ years’ experience in TIG welding, specifically with aluminium materials.
  • A background in the automotive or military manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet production targets consistently.
  • Proficient in reading and working from engineering drawings.
  • Seeking a long-term opportunity within a growing organisation.
