• Early Shift : 06 : 00 – 14 : 30
• Late Shift : 14 : 00 – 22 : 20 💰 Salary : £28,000 per annumAbout the RoleOur client, a well-established precision engineering company based in Morley, is looking for an experienced CNC Setter / Operator to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to work in a fast-paced, high-quality manufacturing environment, setting and operating CNC machines to produce precision-engineered components.Key Responsibilities :
• Set and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Perform quality checks using measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers, gauges)
• Adjust machine settings to maintain optimal production efficiency
• Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
• Work to tight tolerances and ensure all work meets quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe working environmentRequirements : ✅ Previous experience as a CNC Setter / Operator✅ Proficiency with Fanuc / Mazak / Heidenhain controls (desirable)✅ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings✅ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills✅ Experience with quality inspection tools✅ Willingness to work rotating shiftsBenefits :
