Were on the lookout for acurious creative and hands-on Product Development Technologistto join our Cheese Innovation team. Whether youre already experienced in food development or just starting out and eager to learn this is a brilliant opportunity to help shape the future of cheese products and packaging across our brands and Own Label ranges.

YOULL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY

  • Bringing new cheese and packaging ideas to life - from concept to launch.
  • Supporting the delivery of our NPD programme to drive innovation and commercial success.
  • Running feasibility studies pilot trials and full-scale implementation.
  • Managing packaging specs and due diligence documentation.
  • Collaborating with teams across Marketing Production Procurement and more.
  • Keeping our R&D spaces running smoothly including kitchens chill stores and packaging labs.

YOURE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU ARE

  • Degree qualified in Food Science Technology Engineering or equivalent would be preferred
  • Certification or formal training in food safety and hygiene standards is a must
  • Experienced in the food industry ideally in chilled products would be of advantage
  • Knowledgeable or curious about cheese making and blending or packaging development
  • Creative organised and a strong communicator
