The HR Lead will join the company at their Oxfordshire based head office, working on a hybrid basis with 3 days a week onsite. The Opportunity As the HR Digital Transformation Lead, HR Manager will lead a global team, designing, shaping and implementing HR digital transformation solutions, having complete autonomy over strategic plans and vision. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR Lead with experience in SAP SuccessFactors to help drive change within a global organisation.
