If so, we want to hear from you!About the Role : Classroom Support is working closely with fantastic schools seeking dedicated ASD Teaching Assistant's to support students with autism in a classroom setting. This is a fulfilling opportunity to make a real impact on children's education and development while working in a nurturing and inclusive environment.Key Responsibilities : ✅ Provide 1 : 1 and small-group support for students with ASD✅ Assist in implementing EHCPs and behaviour strategies✅ Support students with communication, sensory, and social needs✅ Work closely with SENCOs and teachers to create autism-friendly learning environments✅ Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere in the classroomWho We're Looking For :

• Previous experience working with children with ASD (school or care setting preferred)
• Understanding of autism and associated learning needs
• Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
