FLT Plant Packer Grimsby

13 week Temporary to Permanent

This job is not to be missed!! We are very excited to announce we are actively recruiting for a FLT Plant Packer to join an ever-expanding company based in Grimsby.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within industrial environments with a valid FLT license, operators will be fully trained in any work operation or work equipment that they are requested to complete.

This role is 13 weeks temp to perm with an immediate start

Overview

Monday to Friday

Weekly rotation of 6am to 2pm & 2pm to 10pm & 6am

This position weekly rotates from mornings to afternoons to nights

The Role

This role is extremely demanding moving raw heavy products around the unit, previous experience of using plant machinery is advantageous

The role itself is repetitive, standing for long periods, you must consider yourself physically fit.

The environment is hot, dusty and can be somewhat uncomfortable in the warmer months.

Must have great attention to detail as you are expected to work to safe systems of work and adhere to regulatory processes and practices.

Must have a methodical approach to work as you will be performing basic maintenance tasks.

All tasks include general housekeeping.

In house training will be provided for the manufacturing

The Individual

Must have a Valid forklift licence

Can work independently or as part of a team

Self-motivated, production targets need to be met daily.

To be able to work on an accord and part of a team.

Reliable and responsible as you will be monitoring temperatures, full access to machinery.

To monitor temperatures from various points in the production process.

Adhere to relevant legislation

Can assist visitors onsite

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : £12.02 per hour

Expected hours : 40 per week

Schedule : 8 hour shift

Day shift

Monday to Friday
