Job Overview

To support the Senior staff with the running of the medical ward on a shift-by-shift basis. To be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. To work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team. To develop an understanding of the requirements of the National Service Framework.

Main Duties of the Job

We are currently seeking to recruit highly motivated Registered Nurses to work within Unscheduled Care on ward 3 / 2 Nevill Hall Hospital. We specialise in Frailty and homeward-bound patients. We pride ourselves on providing excellent, quality care to our patients. We are a welcoming, supportive, and friendly group of professionals who strive to provide a caring environment for both patients and staff.

We care for our patients 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, so you will need to have a flexible approach to take part in a full shift system, including nights and weekend working, in some areas on a 12-hour shift system or on a three-shift system. We are committed to exploring innovative ways of working to enhance patient experience.
